The braided wire achieves extended wear life through highly engineered high carbon and manganese content. It is manufactured with strict ±3% wire opening tolerances to achieve precise material passing.

Manganese steel mesh is manufactured using embedded (MN65-Q) knitting method, resulting in no obvious overlapping points of warp and weft, a flat surface, and even force distribution. With hardness of HB180-230, it offers excellent plasticity and toughness.

When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface develops strong work hardening due to plastic deformation, increasing surface hardness to above HRC60 while maintaining high internal plasticity and toughness. As the surface wears, new surfaces form wear-resistant layers, providing service life 4-8 times longer than ordinary screens.

Ideal for large coal mines and as protective netting for mechanical vibrating screens, drum screens, electromagnetic high-frequency screens, and asphalt mixers.
